Ok, thanks. But what about NPCs?

Hello. Have a problem with missing any npcs in new zone Tasuq. Have there only mobs and no NPCs and quests. Client repatching and reinstalling doesn't work. In map settings all fine. If quests and npcs appeares after quest completing in other location - just tell me where it is) Or if there's another issue - thanks to all who will help.
