The launcher uses two independent methods to check the server status, so it’s highly unlikely that both of them would fail at the same time. This suggests that something on your system might be blocking the launcher’s connection to the internet. Even though you've disabled the firewall and antivirus, there could be other software interfering such as network monitoring tools, VPN services, or security applications running in the background.
Could you also check if you have a folder named LauncherErrorLog in your game directory? If so, please send us the latest .zip file from that folder, as it might help us identify the issue.

Habe jetzt noch einmal getestet, der Patch ist jetzt größer als vorher und lief ohne Probleme durch und ich konnte das Spiel starten. Eine kurze Fehlermeldung über ein Problem mit dem Launcher erschien war aber zu schnell weg lautete aber so: Access to the path is denied

are you using the latest version of the new Launcher? Please check if you have the LauncherUpdate.exe in your game folder. If so, run it to update the Launcher. Let us know if the problem also occurs on the latest version. Are the FPS drops caused by the Launcher that runs in the background? When you turn it off does the FPS increase or is it not affected? What operating system are you using?

option to open another game window should work the same as it did with the previous launcher. Are you experiencing any error messages or does the new launcher crash when you attempt to open another game window? Additionally, can you check if a folder named LauncherErrorLog has been generated in the main game folder? If so, please send the most recent zip file located there.

Поняла в чем дело. Теперь при запущенной игре в Дистпечере задач работает не только процесс Client.exe, но и Launcher.exe. Если есть желание запустить второе окно, сначала надо убить процесс Launcher.exe, а затем запускать игру вновь.
it should not be necessary to manually end the Launcher.exe process in order to open a second game window. Opening another window should work the same way as before, by clicking the Play button in the launcher. By default, the Launcher minimizes to the system tray, which is located in the bottom right corner of your screen. You can right-click the launcher icon there and select "Show" to bring up the launcher interface again. The same applies if you decide to run Launcher.exe again; it should bring up the launcher, allowing you to click Play to open another game window without having to end any processes manually.
