Price relations between rubies and diamonds are subject to change and completely player trade based and are not in our sight.

Although we always appreciate suggestions and ideas where we can improve our offers.
Item prices, also when coming to promotion, are always subject to change.
Regarding the two items you mentioned.
ABL has a single price of 84 diamonds, so a package of 10 for 535 diamonds with additional ruby bonus is already a very special offer.
In some weekend promotions we reduce even this offer to a lower level.
The same happens to the runes offer. If you remember the initial price for those runes were far above 200 diamonds, and were reduced to that permanent special offer in the past. The weekend promotion offers them for an even lower price.
