You can buy another lv 60 elite skill item and use it again to obtain lv 70 skill.Or you do the normal lv 60 elite skill quest to unlock lv 70 quest line.

Hello, guys. How can I obtain lvl 70 elite skill or questline for it, if i bought lvl 60 elite skill, but didn't make questline for it? Sorry, if i missed the correct forum, or question is too silly)
