As in the title, it looks like title system has stopped updating and tracking progress, at least for the quest titles, not sure about others. Some screenshots for proof:
Some early game title I've obtained already, now it doesn't show the quests as completed
A quest chain I've completed today, last quest was completed after the maintenance. None of the quests are marked as completed, and I did not obtain the title. Pressing Check does nothing to fix this.

according to official RoM Wiki, this quest should require only the Chalice Inscription quest item to progress, which is correctly given by quest giver, but here it also requires the item Ancient Text (ID 203945), which I think was part of an earlier quest in the whole Seductive Black Pearl chain, which I don't have. Retaking the quest doesn't help.
