I started playing "Runes of Magic" on the official servers a few days ago, but the gameplay experience is very poor due to various crashes.
The game closes on its own, sometimes with an error message, and I can play for hours or even longer than usual.
1. Is this problem the same on Chronicles of Arcadia ? Are the game and server more stable ?
2. Is it possible to import my first and only character, a level 34 druid ?
3. If I have to start over, is it possible to begin at "Coast of Opportunity"?

Short answers to your three points:

Stability / crashes: Chronicles of Arcadia runs as a 64-bit client and server, while the other servers are 32-bit. That extra headroom for memory and the more modern architecture make crashes very rare on Arcadia compared to the other servers. If you encounter any crashes, you can report them to support so the developers can fix them quickly for you.

Character import: You cannot import characters from other servers into Chronicles of Arcadia (if I understood your question correctly).
No worries - we do have an instant Level 92 option (see the wiki:https://wiki.chroniclesofarcadia.com/en/for-beginners/instant-level) and higher XP and TP modifiers than on the other servers that will help you progress even faster. -
Coast of Opportunity start point: You can't begin the game directly at Coast of Opportunity, but there are several ways to reach that zone (e.g. reaching level 20 on both your primary and secondary classes, or asking a friend to open a portal for you).
