Hi, really thanks for the reply.

I have abandoned and re-taken this quest many times,

but after I talking to Kargath Duran this message shows up .

If I select "Yes" Kargath Duran will transfer me to the same place and there is nothing change.

I also try to wait for the quest reset by the system,

But this situation happened 12 hours ago and these NPCs are still standing there.

Quest name/ID: Sacrificial Lamb/423516

This quest stuck after talking and transferring by the Kargath Duran.

The NPC is standing there and I can not do anything to complete this quest.
