Regardless of the possibilities I would have as an DEV I wouldn't change alot. The things I would change are pretty simple:
- I would try to fix the amounts of game crashes
- Fix bugged quests
- would add a "lift" to inferno so you dont have to leave the group and run back in 
- a permanent relationship event so that the people who spent a lot of time farming get higher rewards also increase the total level of relationships to 20
- rework the blood arrow (like it was before)
- add pet skins (outfits for your pet that doesn't influence your pet potion)
- fix the new pet skills (some of them does't work)
- and add the opportunity to get stats on your refined gorge cape.
