Anyway if your settings being restored it most likely means that they were never saved properly. You should logout and close game normally at least once after setting up everything, with just one game client opened.

ArcadiaUtilities was disabled as this is common recommended addon, which makes new players download it once starting game, which might lead to bad first experiences causing in quick quit.
Funny fact#1. Think about how many players moved here thanks to this addon which is a must-have for more than 10 ppl i believe
Funny fact#2. No crashes with AU, 1 crash per hour without AU
Please keep in mind that 10 reports means only people who reported it. There might were way more people who also were experiencing this crash, but never reported. We are supporting addons, but can't promote addons over base game development and experience. As it was said it can occur only during certain conditions, but that's already enough reason to temporary deactivate it. Hopefully addon author will be able to add checkers for certain plugins of this addon so in future there will be no need to deactivate whole addon at once in case any important issue is found.

We got around 10 reports from existing players regarding this crash. Initially we even thought it is caused by wrong fdb conversion so we recommended them re-download whole game, until found out reason is broken texture in addon, that might cause crash most likely on certain screen resolution and ui scale.
Extended Action Bar should be then reviewed as well in near future. As it is not taken by any author, if there will be issue, we will first upload new version, so it can replaced directly once buggy version is disabled.

Author was notified what should be fixed and once it is completed, you can use it again, we are not planning any kind of ban for this addon. I also suggested to separate it's modules so if in future it happens again we can disable simply one module instead whole main addon like it was necessary now as the only possibility.

Since the current patch I suddenly have the problem that my game freezes after some time. Windows doesn't give me any feedback and I have to close the game. Before the patch I had neither crits nor other problems. Does anyone else have the problem or a solution for me ?

Basically at the moment we can't really even test it on our own, also no any kind of written error or crash report is also not best case.
I did play this game some years ago at Wine from Ubuntu, so I know it was possible. But does it support also other 64 bit apps properly? Did you try different characters/account in case just one bugged somewhere? What are your addons and client.config.ini settings? Do you have any settings (SaveVariables, macros etc.) in Documents? Did you try create new character? What zone are you? Are all textures correct on login screen, no any white objects? Did you try all windowed/borderless/fullscreen modes? Is your emulator able to handle over 2 GB ram usage and over 2kkk bytes variables (meaning correctly configured for 64 bit)? Did you try without addons etc.? Is there any way you can give more specifications about win 7/10 you used (like is microsoft visual studio redist 2015-2019 installed there, edition of windows, cpu cores, ram amount)? Can you check at around what ram usage game closes? It always closes on same percent of loading bar? It closes instantly or after freezing? Idr how it works, is there any chance that we could remote connect to emulated application (like kind of team viewer to attach for game process directly)?

All these crash report are caused by same reason, we are unable to debug.
Please provide your graphics settings, addons list, class combos you used while got crash, screenshot of installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (you can find it in your Programs & Apps in Windows), version of your system (for example Windows 10 Home 64-bit 10.0.18363).

A + S + D + W is not working when I click on Mirrorworld Interface. I can only move with the Mouse.

The new F3 shortcut opens the crash-window.
I used it for action bar before patch.
I shared this problem in world chat and some players also got F3 already in use for other things.

Some UI and addon errors will be altered with todays client patch along with F3 disabling.

1. Footsteps are very noisy. I get on my nerves.
I think the volume of the footstep audio file should be lowered a little. The volume is not balanced with other SEs.

fps is a disaster for me, im having fps drops all the time specially in ini, going to 20, 10, even 5 fps in a normal mob. My settings are like always, lowest as possible.
Small update: b1 mobs, 1fps untill they all died.
We just ran rofl a second time, this time with a full raid and we also had huge performance issues. some ppl always ~16fps with settings as always before the patch, my fps varied from 8-40 all the time while raid was fighting, even if i myself didnt do anything.
we could not pin this down to any addons since we all are using different ones, so i guess this is a client issue.
worst lags/fps drops were observed while applying (multiple) buffs like HoTs on the raid.
only 3/12 ppl had no issues or even performance improvements, for everyone else it got worse.
Can you share your graphics settings screenshot or even client.config.ini from game directory?
The new patch only brings me difficulties. It's time for me to say goodbye. Wish everyone and the team all the best. It was a good time.
