I was curious if there was any chance to maybe boost warrior/warlock by giving the elites a strength based % plus the damage because the skills they have a really cool but are very ineffective in any instance.

Exactly but the class combo does no good at all, endgame gear on official and it will get last place on dos, if you used the elite skills. If you don't use the elite skills to do more dps then why not just play warrior/nothing because it's equivalent to that. All elite skills on the higher powered classes they all use their elite skills, so why not make it so that warrior/warlock elite skills are worth being used?
