Recipe Collection – Difficulty Obtaining 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scrol] and the 17 Recipes

  • Hello,

I really enjoy collecting things in the game, and I appreciate the addition of the collection system. At the moment, I am trying to complete my missing recipes, but I am having serious difficulty obtaining the following 17 recipes:

    551191 [ Recipe - Wing of the Dragonking ]

    551192 [ Recipe - Sharpened Epée ]

    551193 [ Recipe - Lonesome King's Leather Cap ]

551194 [ Recipe - Dagger of the Scorpion King ]

    551195 [ Recipe - Velvet Headscarf ]

    551196 [ Recipe - Helmet of Triumphant Song ]

    551197 [ Recipe - Black Dragon Crossbow ]

    551198 [ Recipe - Kibensty's Blade of Constraint ]

    551199 [ Recipe - Aguar's Flag Cape ]

    551200 [ Recipe - Tador's Cape of Consent ]

    551201 [ Recipe - Crown of Henolid's Ode ]

    551202 [ Recipe - Kibensty's Boots of Loyalty ]

    551203 [ Recipe - Tador's Benevolent Shield ]

    551204 [ Recipe - Henolid's Staff of Admiration ]

    551205 [ Recipe - Aguar's Conquering Sword ]

    551206 [ Recipe - Aguar's Order Coronet ]

    551207 [ Recipe - Tador's Brilliant Armor ]

The method I have personally been using goes through 113689 [Ange Rasa]:

    3x 206423 [ Ruins Investigation Team Medal ]

    → 1x 206428 [Ancient Treasure Chest]

→ low chance of obtaining 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll]

→ one of the 17 recipes

I can personally confirm that 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll] can actually be obtained from 206428 [Ancient Treasure Chest]. I previously received one from the chest, used it, and obtained one of these 17 recipes.

The main issue is how difficult it is to obtain the scroll.

Some of my recorded 206428 [Ancient Treasure Chest] openings are:

    26.08.2026 → 1x 207416 [ Sago Palm Fiber ]

    27.08.2026 → 10x 206261 [ Fortune Grass ]

    27.08.2026 → 5x 203038 [Firius Coins]

    01.09.2026 → 10x 206262 [ Golden Ear of Grain ]

In two additional controlled openings, I received:

    10x 206261 [ Fortune Grass ]

    10x 206263 [Golden Ear of Grain ]

Technical investigation shows that all of these results have matching IDs and quantities in the current client-side 725010 [Sys725010_name] reward structure. Historical Lua data also links 206428 [Ancient Treasure Chest] with 725010 [Sys725010_name].

However, there is an important detail: 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll] does not appear directly or as a nested TreasureObject reward in the visible 725010 [Sys725010_name] structure.

This does not mean that the scroll cannot drop from the chest, because I have personally obtained it from the chest.

It only shows that the live reward mechanism is not fully explained by the client-side 725010 [Sys725010_name] structure alone. There may be an additional selection or reward mechanism involved.

The 725026 [Sys725026_name] TreasureObject associated historically with 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll] is also still present in the current client data and contains exactly these 17 recipes.

    The weights are:

    551191 [ Recipe - Wing of the Dragonking ]→ 5.888%

Each of the other 16 recipes → 5.882%

Historical Lua data also contains the connection:

    206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll]

    725026 [Sys725026_name]

If these 17 recipes are still selected independently with roughly equal chances and there is no protection against duplicates, the theoretical minimum is 17 scrolls.

However, under the standard mathematical model with duplicate results possible, the expected number of scrolls required to collect all 17 different recipes is approximately 58.5.

And this is only the second RNG stage.

First, we still need to obtain 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll] from 206428 [Ancient Treasure Chest], and the current real chance of obtaining the scroll is unknown.

So far, I have completed the113689 [Ange Rasa] related minigame more than 350 times.

One run takes me approximately 6 minutes on average.

    350 × 6 minutes = 2,100 minutes = 35 hours = 1 day and 11 hours of active gameplay.

Since I have actually completed more than 350 runs, the real amount of time is even higher.

Despite this, I have obtained only 1 of these 17 recipes so far.

I am not presenting this personal result as proof of the exact drop rate. I am sharing it to show the amount of time a collector may need to invest into this system.

I am not asking for these recipes to become easy or free to obtain. Collections can and should require time and effort.

However, the current system becomes extremely RNG-dependent toward the end of the collection. There is one RNG stage for obtaining 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll], followed by another RNG stage for obtaining the specific recipe you still need.

Because of this, I think the current system could be reviewed from a collector's perspective.

    For example:

    - 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll] could be added to other minigames at a low chance.

    - 113689 [Ange Rasa] could offer the scroll directly for a higher amount of 206423 [ Ruins Investigation Team Medal ].

    - A specific recipe could be selectable for a much higher medal cost.

    - A system could reduce the chance of receiving already learned recipes.

These are only examples. I am not suggesting that the current system should be removed or that the recipes should lose their value.

I would mainly like to know:

    - What is the current chance of obtaining 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll] from 206428 [Ancient Treasure Chest]?

    - Are there any other current sources for 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll]?

    - Does 206427 [Rare Gear Recipe Scroll] still use the 725026 [Sys725026_name] pool?

    - If anyone has completed this group of 17 recipes, approximately how many minigames, chests, or scrolls did it take?

    - Could an additional or more deterministic acquisition method be considered for collectors?

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this and share their experience or thoughts.
