Talaghan quests and quest givers

    In the post below, there are numbers that are probably the quest giver. How do I find out more about those numbers?


    Example, one of the quest is:

    427937Rumors on Atlantis750090 [Lost Island of Atlantis]Kill Mobs


    I have no idea who the quest giver is, and i put that number in wiki and it didn't come up like farming spears. Sometimes not knowing search term limits me.
