There were not many changes at all but a bug fix for Scout/Knight
Patch 9.2.7.2407.en
Healing Shot (S/K) has been fixed.
Before - Hit the enemy + dealt damage to all players and mobs around with 30%.
Now - Hit the enemy + heals (only) the player with the lowest HP in the party based on ranged weapon damage. -
