hmmm what about any p shells lost from doing mini games if you cannot spend and you are at cap? D:

Doesn't sound like you lost any, had 1000 before mini and had 1000 after mini
At worst you spent tokens but then why would you do a mini when at max shells? -
but why atm only one 95lvl item and this cost 350 phirus shells ??

when you will ad all 95lvl shell items and decrease price to 300 shells like in official servers ??

I just popped onto official for a look and yeah 95 items are 300, 92 items 250, 90 items 200.

so, price for 95lvl shell item allways will be 350 tokens?

The prices will be adapted with the next patch. The patch will come next week.
