Added Planting Category to Item Shop

There is now a specific Planting Category located under "Crafting" in the item shop.
For now there are 3 Sys name categories.

Planting:
Pots
Consumables

After the next server maintenance these will have the correct names.

Can you guys change the name for the category instead of Sys_ACCOUNTSTONE.
