Can't obtain last quests to complete Dragonfang Ridge Titles

Hello,

I'm stuck in Dragonfang Ridge, trying to obtain the title "Overthrower of Uguda the Red Thunder".

I need to accept a quest from Garrison Strikeforce Soldier (as specified in QuestState) but he doesn't offer any. Bors Ironwall doesn't have a quest either.

In QuestState, when searching for this quest, it says I'm missing Internal Flag 542230, and I can't find anything on the web about this flag.

More info :

• I completed all Dragonfang Ridge quests, except Shens Bowen's and Sally Iceberg's quests for the Lyk set.
• I completed Cyclops Lair in normal (and hard if it matters) with the associated quests.

I want ALL THE TITLES

Any help appreciated!

More information : I just completed the event north of Sergath Outpost, where the Cyclops attack for 10-15 minutes, ending with a boss, hoping for this missing Internal Flag, without success.
