Hi, a newbie here. I cant find npc on the place he must be. the map showing him on place, but its empty. How to find him? The game is installed in RU language, so i cant spell his name in ENG. Its Джесс Хэйс in main city.

The chamber is closed automatically a few hours after server restart, and the event resets. So you will be able to complete the quest then.
