Sometimes you port to a new zone it happens that you see only the names from other players or you cant save some settings after the relog.
The following steps can fix it.
1. download > https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ Notepad++
2. Go into your Arcadia-Folder
3. Open the file RuneDev.ini (rightclick> edit with notepad++)
4. scroll into the file to the bottom and copy paste into it

6. start the game, press esc, go into graphic and audio settings.
7. remove the hook from automatic adjust graphic details
8. relog and the problem should be fixed
ps. for Guys who dont wants to download Notepad++, you can do it with the normal Editor(same Steps).
