However, it’s important to note that Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, meaning it doesn’t receive security updates. This could potentially expose your system to security vulnerabilities. We strongly recommend considering an upgrade to a newer version of Windows for a more secure and stable experience.


    Additionally, we’re introducing a new feature in the settings that will automatically close the Launcher after you’ve launched a game, which should help streamline your experience.


    Please also make sure to check if the Launcher icon might be hidden in the system tray; this can happen if you click the arrow in the system tray area. If the issue persists even after the update, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for further assistance.

    are you using the latest version of the new Launcher? Please check if you have the LauncherUpdate.exe in your game folder. If so, run it to update the Launcher. Let us know if the problem also occurs on the latest version. Are the FPS drops caused by the Launcher that runs in the background? When you turn it off does the FPS increase or is it not affected? What operating system are you using?

    option to open another game window should work the same as it did with the previous launcher. Are you experiencing any error messages or does the new launcher crash when you attempt to open another game window? Additionally, can you check if a folder named LauncherErrorLog has been generated in the main game folder? If so, please send the most recent zip file located there.

    it should not be necessary to manually end the Launcher.exe process in order to open a second game window. Opening another window should work the same way as before, by clicking the Play button in the launcher. By default, the Launcher minimizes to the system tray, which is located in the bottom right corner of your screen. You can right-click the launcher icon there and select "Show" to bring up the launcher interface again. The same applies if you decide to run Launcher.exe again; it should bring up the launcher, allowing you to click Play to open another game window without having to end any processes manually.
