Crafting skill expert expansion ticket didn't work

Hi there, not sure what's happened, hoping I can get a bit of help.

I have a few production skills higher than level 40 so I bought a "Crafting Skill Expert Expansion ticket" (lvl40-60) (Item 242688, http://www.rom-welten.de/database/view.php?id=242688)

After hitting level 40 I used the ticket. I then continued crafting, but I stayed on level 40.

Any idea what's happened, what I did wrong, or if it's a bug?

From the attachment you can see the sequence: bought the expansion ticket, used the expansion ticket, crafted 2 chests, but the level stays at 40.

Have u tryed to complete quest at Instructor?

i´ve checked this for you. The requirements for increasing the level was not met.

EDIT: The Problem was solved ingame.

All fixed. Maybe I bought the ticket and didn't need to. I don't know why it didn't work. Maybe it'll work for the next craft I get to 40!

Resolved. I'm not past lvl 40 and real tired.
