1. To defeat the boss, to click on 139644 [Yeniden Birleştirilmiş Gulyabani Dükü] and HEAL. I play Priest/Warden. I use 495164 Healing Wind for more healing. Although this skill increases healing by 40% for 15 seconds, it does not work for 139644 [Reassembled Ghoul Duke].

I previously reported this topic, and it was mentioned that this behavior was intended, but might be considered again in the future.
After testing again (video attached), 495164 [Healing Wind] still does not apply the described 40% healing increase on 139644 [Reassembled Ghoul Duke].
Has a decision been made regarding this matter, or is it planned to be reviewed in the near future? From a healer perspective, having this interaction work would be highly appreciated.
