I noticed that the mob "experiment no. x" don´t drop cards anymore. Usually they should drop cards, did it changed or is it known?

As far as i know it still drops , try to farm with a group as you have a huge increase of droprate.

Hello,
It is known issue that they do not loot card with 100% chance how they should.
Currently as Cruvor mentioned, they are looting in regular ways, so you can increase chance like for regular green monster.
