Currently, the icon on the action bar is only Yes/No 2 choice that whether to lock or not, but in addition to that,
"Only allow icon discard (discard to outside the action bar)"
"Only the icon can be replaced"
Is it possible to increase the pattern of?

I'm user that use mainly quick and precise manual operation of the keyboard and Multi-button mouse, sometimes, when an icon stick to the cursor due to sudden lag etc, I feel very frustrated.
I think this is a relatively technical request, but I would appreciate it if you could consider it.
