Can't learn elite skills after race change

I switched my race from dwarf to human and now both elite skill trainers at the heffner camp tell me that I can't learn anything from them.

When did this occur ? I remember there where some problems yesterday with skill trainer in heffner camp but they where fixed .

At the time when I created this post.
The dwarven trainer told me that i'm an outsider and the Human trainer told me that I'am a dwarf.
