We are doing additional maintenance which should fix these issues.

After this maintenance with additional patch, for some reason, my launcher decided to revert to version 10.4.0.2000something and started patching right now all the way to the end.

Please try the following steps:
1. close launcher
2. download two last patches:
https://cdn-download.chroniclesofarcadia.com/patch/en/patch_10.4.3.6006.en_10.4.3.6007.en.exe
https://cdn-download.chroniclesofarcadia.com/patch/en/patch_10.4.3.6007.en_10.4.3.6008.en.exe
3. move them to game directory
4. right click on them one by one, and execute as administrator, then wait until it finish
You may disable antivirus temporary, as I'm not sure what caused that issue for you.
