I was on hoto, game kicked me out and launcher failed to update the game. As results my client was rolledback several patches

You may:
a) try to patch your client from launcher
b) patch client from manual patches
c) perform game client reinstallation
The rollback happen when your OS or other application is blocking the .fdb files.
I would advise you to perform a PC restart before doing any of the steps above.
