Try using a different browser to see if you have the same problem. -
Try F5 to refresh page, if this doesn't work, then it would better wait for more suggestions from the dev team.

In Firefox, can you try so set the default language for webpages to English?

It might be also font issue. However font set is quite wide and should handle even your system (I assume Windows Vista?) with fallback fonts already. Or did you ever installed any font on your own? It might be missing Cyrillic. Otherwise we will try changing fallback set if you reply.
For now you can change language to English on top bar.

I have the same problem on my PC (Windows 7), but the website shows up fine on my laptop (Linux). I always assumed this to be a weird font issue only occurring to me. Problem is I can't troubleshoot the problem further, as your website is the only website I have this problem with.
