I have the bag of magic stones, and I'm standing on top of Garrison Strikeforce Soldier but I get red text you are not close enough to the red crystal when I try to open it.
Where is the red crystal?
Edit: i found it, up by the instance across the bridge

After checking, I noticed that the above information was not correct. You need to open the Bag of Magic Stones close Red Crystal. You can find the Red Crystal around Clyclops Lair instead the NPC Garrison Strikeforce Soldier (112095).
