I wanted to learn more information about getting higher damage. I know statting item and tiering item, i did them but still i couldnt give satisfying damage what are another ways to make my char stronger ? And can you sort them by more effective.

Buffood & Raidsetup, Runes, Pet, Cenedrils, zodiac buffs, all sort of other buffs.
Just read Guides for your class & bring your guild to do that too. Think about synergys within your party and within your buffs or just pick a usefull person and copy their ( and their guilds ) meta.
