Is there a way to show quest markers for low-level quests?

Is there a way to show the yellow exclamation point above NPCs who have low-level quests available? If not available in the game, is there an addon that does this? I know about the "hide low-level quests" checkbox in the "available quests" window. I'm looking for a visual indication of available quests as I move around a zone.
