I would suggest to unlock the mission chain in Yrvandis Hollows for humans and elves. I created the character as a dwarf myself so that I would not have these missions and titles blocked. However, many people take on the desire to make titles and missions at a later time of the game and I do not see the point that the dwarf had an advantage over the people and elves (access to their missions). I would suggest equality

I have looked into this case.
Flag which is required to access this quests is given only upon character creation.
There is a possibility to unlock most of the dwarf quests for other races.
We will review if it not cause any further issues, and if will be possible we will allow it for ex.: with race change item.
I will keep this thread open until further review.
