Have a question to Devs. 3 birthday Paradise server have been transferred to another day? Or have they started and ended up putting on the home page information cut from the previous year?

No, birthday date can not be changed
Anniversary celebrations will start anyway a few days later than usual.
We will inform community as soon as we will be have more informations to provide.
There are no plans to skip Colorweave Festival for now.
